Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@bedoodly.com.
Shipping Returns:
To return your product, mail it to us. Contact us at support@bedoodly.com for our address. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
