  • You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. After this period, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Partial Refunds:
  • Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error.
Refund Process:
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds:
  • If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company and bank. If you’ve done all this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@bedoodly.com.
Sale Items:
  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@bedoodly.com.
Shipping Returns:
  • To return your product, mail it to us. Contact us at support@bedoodly.com for our address. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
